What you’ll do

🚀 Work on both short-term and long-term growth strategies with a focus on user acquisition

🧪 Organic marketing testing — experiment new organic channels or technologies, design strategies, work cross-functionally to launch experiments and develop acquisition campaigns, and evaluate the results

📈 Conversion optimization — identify bottlenecks, design experiments, & ship funnel changes. 🔬 Perform A/B testing of various marketing and growth strategies for coming up with best outcomes

👥 Qualitative customer learning — learn everything about our users (parents and children) and what makes them tick through exposure to customer calls, Facebook ad comments, product feedback, and more.

👋 Cross-functional collaboration — work with the product and engineering teams to bring your insight of both the user and the market to our product development process.

📲 Product concept testing — Assist in creating product concepts

To thrive in this position

✔️ 3+ years in a growth marketing position at an early stage company (Seed to Series A preferred) with deep knowledge in user acquisition for mobile apps (taking them from 0 to 1)

✔️ A deep understanding of customer behaviour and how marketing should be optimized to contribute to growth goals and conversion through the user funnel.

✔️ Experience with analytics, attribution and visualization tools like Amplitude, Customer.io, Segment, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, social media tracking like Sprout Social, etc.

✔️ Flexible, and agile in terms of work: some channels, experiments or parts of the funnel will be more analytical, while others will be more creative & communications heavy

✔️ Low ego. Ownership mentality. Must be positive, deeply motivated, have a roll up your sleeves attitude, collaborative, and give & receive feedback professionally

Nice to have:

❤️ Worked in financial services or have a deep understanding of the finance + tech industry (wealth management, equities, and crypto); good if you’re a retail investor yourself!
